Unlike many others, I started my first year in Spring 2015. I took 16 credits that semester, and this summer I took 8 credits. So right now I have total of 24 credits and planning to apply as a Junior.
I am thinking of applying to UIUC (University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign) but I don't know exactly when I am suppose to apply. This upcoming fall I will take around 15 credits and the next spring I will also take around ~15 credits. So when do I apply?
What happens if I have a total of 60 credits before 2016 Fall? Can I even go to my community college anymore because as a international student, I have to take at least 12 credits per semester, meaning I'd have over 70 credits if I enroll in 2016 Fall?
