To Send ACT Scores or Not?

I'm applying as a transfer student to some pretty selective schools with a 3.95 GPA after 2 years at a community college. I just took the ACT in February with pretty high hopes as I was scoring a 33-34 on all my practice tests, but the actual test day did not go as planned. (Not that it matters, but I really lost track of time during the math section and it seriously upset me/threw me off for all of the following sections) C: 29 E: 36 M: 28 R: 25 S: 25 W: 27 A few schools don't require that I send any scores because of the number of credits I have, but some of them do mention that students who opt to send their scores fair considerably better. Should I send my scores or not? My composite is under the average score for all of the schools that I am applying to, but I didn't know if the fact that my score isn't, like, a 23 or something and that I got a 36 in English could possibly help me?
