University of Texas at Austin Transfer, What are my chances of getting in and what school?

Hello, My plan is to transfer to UT austin from ACC and go undecided for one year and then transfer to my intended major after a year. I was wondering when i'm applying on applytexas, for the first school should i choose college of natural sciences undecided or liberal arts undecided? And once i pick one of them for the first choice, what should i pick for my second?
