Transfer from a CSU to a CC with a Dental program?

My goal is to pursue Dentistry or Dental Hygiene (I've yet to decide), and I most recently got into theatre, so as of right now I am a Biology major with a Theatre minor. CSU East Bay has a "cluster" system where you're put into a specific group accordingly to your major, with a pre-set sequence of classes for you to take for your first year. Due to this system, you do not have full freedom of what you want to take towards your major (luckily only for your first year). I was initially put into the incorrect cluster group for the Fall quarter, which slowed me down. Just this Winter quarter I was transferred into the right one (Biology cluster). Unfortunately, I'm currently not doing so well in my Biology class, especially since I had to jump in head-first in the middle of the sequence unlike the ones that were in the cluster since the Fall quarter. They have a policy of kicking you out of the cluster if you receive a grade below than a C-, which would slow me down even more if that were to occur. All in all, my experience at CSU East Bay has been rather hectic in terms of trying to get in touch with my major. I know that CC's have programs for Dentistry/Dental Hygiene but those programs require a list of pre-requisite classes that I have to take anyway. My initial plan was to finish those pre-requisites here at CSU East Bay and then transfer to Foothill College or Chabot College for the program. And then eventually, in the near future, probably attend a graduate school (maybe UCSF or UCLA) for dentistry or something. I'm wondering if this is a viable route. Because there is also the option of simply transferring to the grad school from CSU East Bay, or to transfer right away to the CC. But because I already declared a Theatre minor, I'd probably have to look for a CC that can offer that as well (or cancel the minor, which I kind of don't want to do). I don't necessarily want the easiest route, but rather the safest and most reliable one. Thanks in advance, John Real
