Transfer nursing programs?

Hi everyone! I'm currently a freshman in my second semester at UT Dallas majoring in biology. I finished high school in PISD top 7% and got a full scholarship to UTD plus $1,000 stipend per semester. I currently am at 15 credit hours per semester. I planned on using my biology degree to go to med school but realized it wasn't what I really wanted. I currently have a 3.83 GPA out of 4.0 and am looking to transfer to a school with a BSN program and perhaps become a CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthetist). My dream school is UW Seattle but I'm afraid it's too expensive out of state. I live at home with my low income father and can't afford to pay for school. Financial aid is a definite but I'm not sure how much it will cover or how it works. I definitely don't want to be in debt. What are the prospects of a scholarship for a transfer student? Overall I'm just confused on what the best move is since the prospect of moving to Washington to pursue a degree in nursing on my own is somewhat scary yet exciting. Any recommendations? I've already completed my core classes and other such as Gen Chem I/II, college physics, and 2 semesters of calculus. Should I stay at UTD for free and complete more classes that could possibly transfer to another school for my nursing degree?
