Chances of transferring to GMU?

Hi, I am a current freshman student at WVU and I applied to transfer to GMU for the fall 2016 term. My gpa currently is a 2.9 and I'm a biology major. My gpa probably isn't going to be changing drastically by the end of this semester. GMU admissions page says that all applicants have to have an English 101 course completed before applying. Well, WVU took the 3 I got on the AP Language and Comp exam so I was not required to take English 101 here but GMU only accepts 4 and 5 on the AP exam for Lang so in their eyes I do not have an English 101 credit completed. I called them and explained my situation but they said that they could not do anything at this point in the admissions process. I also would only be able to transfer 26 credits instead of 30 since I will be repeating Chemistry this summer. I asked if I could take English at my community college over the summer but they could not give me an answer since they have already looked at my application. I've been waiting so long to hear back from them and I can't stay at WVU because of the cost and it just not being the right school for me. Being back home and going to school at GMU would make things so much better for me. What do you guys think? Do I have a chance? Thanks so much in advance!
