I am at a dilemma here. I have been accepted to SDSU for Business Marketing, and UCSD for International Business.
I am having a hard time figuring out what I want to do because both schools are great. I am worried however, about the need for extra calculus classes, and foriegn language. Both of which I have minimal interest in learning. The perspectives on SDSU/UCSD are so polarized it make's it incredibly hard to decide.
What I know:
UCSD: looks better for employers, top ranking's.
SDSU: not as good for employers, has top business program, better social life, more compatible demograpic, probably not as difficult classes.
I really like the idea of having UCSD as an acheivement, but going to a school with a better demographic, more sports, and a more specific business program sounds better to me (SDSU I am talking about here)
Can anyone debunk what I am saying or let me know about other stuff I may be missing? Personal experiences would be great. I have heard of UCSD student's transferring to SDSU and being relieved.
