I have a quick question: will university allow a 2nd bachelor's degree student from a local 4-year university transferring?
I had my first degree aboard, and begin to pursue my 2nd bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Just finished my freshman year, focused on major courses since I don't have to take GE courses, with 4.0 GPA.
Is that possible to transfer to U of M? I don't I have SAT/ACT scores since my first degree is not in US.
