I'm currently a physics major at my local CCC. In my first year of college I failed C++ progamming after I slept through through the final and got a W in my physics class. The following semester, I retook physics along with Calc. 1 and got an F in both. I was soon diagnosed with chronic narcolepsy, and was properly treated. I retook physics and cal. the next semester with a B in both. I'm currently taking calc 2 and physics 2, but it looks like I may get a C in both. Should I take a D and retake it to boost my GPA while also retaking C++? Will these past grades affect my admissions to UC's dramatically?
