Hi everyone! I am currently going into my sophomore year at Penn State in the College of Information Sciences and Technology, and I am interested in transferring into UMich's School of information for my Junior Year (Fall 2017 will be the first time external transfers can transfer directly into it). If anyone can chance me it will be greatly appreciated.
