Hi all, sorry if this isn't in the correct forum, I didn't see a transfer selection...
So I'm currently a CA resident wanting to go OOS for school. I just feel that there is much more to life than CA, and ive never really left the state, so I want to take college as a time to explore and find out who I really am. My family and I are very close, and it makes me anxious to think about leaving them behind. This may sound childish and silly, but I feel like if I go OOS I would get too homesick. I'm thinking about going to MSU or UI.
If I were to go to one of those schools, but then decided I couldn't handle it and came back to CA to attend UC Riverside for my sophomore year, would I have to pay OOS fees, or would I still be able to pa resident fees if my family and household is still in CA?
