So I'm a freshman at San Francisco State University and I'd like to take classes at a nearby community college. I've heard of cross-enrollment but I can't find much information about it anywhere. Is it possible to take classes at SF State and a community college at the same time? Is there any special procedure I have to take or can I just sign up for classes and show up? I'm majoring in electrical engineering and I'm hoping to transfer to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Until then, I'd like to be able to take classes transferable between SF state and this CC to save on money. How feasible is this? Also, do you guys think it'll be harder to transfer from SF state, a CSU, or transferring to CC then to Cal Poly? I'd appreciate any information. Thank you.
