Questions about University of California Transfer prompts

I have a few questions regarding the UC Transfer prompts. On this site they list 1 required response and 3 additional required responses out of 7 possible: http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/how-to-apply/personal-questions/transfer/index.html 1. Is there a single reader for all the responses? (The 1 required and the 3 chosen out of 7 additional) 2. Are the responses read in order? For example if I wrote a response for the required question, and additional questions #2, #3, and #7, would my responses be read in that order? (Required, 2, 3, 7) Thanks
