Hello I am currently just a freshman in college. I take classes in the local community college that is an extension of another campus. I am currently taking general ed classes. I was planning to get an associates of science major in biology that is transferable. Where I live the main community college campus is an hour away but the extended campus is 10 minutes away, the one..I go to. The extended campus doesn't offer much classes, as to which I would peeler not to have to drive an hour, just to go to classes, so with this concern in mind , my academic counselor planned classes for me to be taken in the extended campus. I personally don't mind that , it's just I feel the classes she gave me don't really pertain in helping Me trasfer and to get out sooner to the university I want to get to. My academic counselor said, she was later gonna make a plan for my classes for all of my semseters, but I am thinking of eventually moving to another area, closer to the university I want to go to, and maybe go to there local community college and transfer frome there. I just feel like this community college isn't the right fit as its in a rural area and I am not..satisfied with not l knowing what is my exact ed plan. So I just need advice on what I should do to get my needs met and should I just move to closer to the university I want to go to attend their community college?
