Hi i know it is early in the semester but I am a first year at a small liberal arts college. When I was applying to colleges I don't think I really put enough thought into where i wanted to go and just applied to a small amount of schools. I had never had a first choice but I had always saw myself at my state school, which is a huge school. I got admitted as a spring applicant so I decided to go to my current school. I choose my current school because I felt like it was the only option I had. Looking back I regret not doing more college research. Now at m school I keep thinking about transferring in the spring. I don't feel like i fit in here and can't see myself here for 4 years. I am worried that transferring into such a big university I will get lost in the shuffle and it is 2 hours away from home compared to 1, which is how far away my current school is. I have friends who go to the big university and think i should transfer but i don't want them to feel like i am clinging to them and their friend group. I don't know what to do and i would look into other schools to transfer to closer to home that are bigger than my school but i don't know if i can make the leap. Do you think I should transfer?
