What are my chances of getting into a great graduate school (Harvard, UNC, NYU, Michigan, Columbia)

I am currently an undergraduate student. I have and currently have been working on honors projects with two different professors. I plan to do more. In addition to that I am currently trying to find the right journal to publish my abstracts thesis's. I am going into my 3rd year of college. I want to be ahead of the game when I comes to applying to some of the colleges I have an interest in. Currently I have a 3.71 GPA. I plan to work for the government or policy thinks tank and do research or do other things such as policy. I would just like to to know what graduate college I can get accepted into. By the way my majors will be in government and international relations.
