Terrible first year-

I was originally planning on going into the navy so I just applied to one school. I didn't know it was ranked at about #70 nationally (pretty good), and when I got rejected in April of my senior year my only choice was that school. I had a terrible year because I was unhappy where I was at and I tried to make the best of it. My grades suffered and they don't reflect on all my previous academics at all. I had a 28/ACT, 4.6/5 GPA, captain of swim team, water polo, theatre, national honor society, volunteering, etc. My first year of college, though, I got a 2.45. I'm changing my major so I'm looking to transfer to one of my top 5: Ohio State, Nebraska, Coastal Carolina, Maryland, or Ole Miss, but I don't know if I can get in now that I've royally **** up my GPA. I probably could have gotten in while in high school, but what can I do to increase my chances of admission? I'm most worried about OSU and UNL since those are my top 2.
