Transfer from one school to another in Sophomore year

Hi, My daughter started not liking her school this year .Its now 10 weeks in to her sophomore year..Her grader are taling a downward trajectory and is falling to "B". Will changing the school help..(she wished to). If yes, how do i go about going this? Should I pull her out and wait for next year and apply for Sophomore year again in a different school?Please advice..
