Community College for 3 years with a 3.5 gpa. Now's my time to transfer, BUT I'M GOING TO GET AN F.

Hi guys, The deadline for transfer applications is due november 30th... I've been at JC for 3 years now and I need to apply in the next couple days. I'm taking an online accounting 1B class that I intended to drop, I've been struggling with it immensely and learned absolutely NOTHING in accounting 1A so I have no foundation. But, on the last day to withdraw, the button to drop had already been disabled. I read through the college policy and if you receive a failing grade you can retake the class once without penalty and replace the grade. The thing is... I need to apply.. and even if I get accepted to my transfer school they will see that F and dismiss my acceptance. Has anyone dealt with this situation?? Please help... I'm so stressed out, I can't sleep or eat.. I can't spend another year at community college. The nearest counseling appointment is Dec 8th.. I took it, but they wont be able to help me with applications..
