Had a rough first year at college. Just want some advice.

Currently I'm at a community college, finishing up on my second semester. I transferred in from my high school (had roughly 3.0 gpa total), and brought 14 college transfer credits at about a 3.7 gpa. First semester I took 5 classes, 2 of which I withdrew from (4 credits), and received F's for the last 3 (11 credits). Following semester (this one), I took 5 classes again, ended up withdrawing from 2 (6 credits), and I have A's in my remaining 3 classes (for 5 credits total). My school lets me retake the classes I've failed previously and replace whatever the old grade was with the new one. So I am going to take the 3 classes I failed in my first semester again. However the school says that the grades I originally got will never come off of my transcript, even though they aren't calculated in my gpa. Also because of all my F's and W's, I have 34 attempted hours to 13 passed hours. So I was wondering how that may hurt me when I look to transfer in two years? Also if anyone has advice for how to improve the marketability of my transcript, that would be appreciated. My GPA is currently 1.86 until the 3 credit class I took this semester is calculated in. The other 2 I took this semester were half semester classes and are already calculated in. (The 34 credits v. 13 passed already includes the 3 credit class I mentioned above.) For some reason the A.P. United States History classes aren't showing as being credited, but I should have 19 credits total.
